Matthew Aucella - Senior Vice President, Sales and Field Marketing

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Field Marketing North America, Matt is responsible for the strategic growth of the business. With over 25 years of experience at both startups and large enterprise technology companies, Matt oversees customer and partner engagements, go-to-market strategies and day-to-day operations excellence. Prior to joining SNP, Matt held various sales leadership roles in the consulting services organization at Oracle where he was responsible for building customer success through various advisory and managed services across all products, including services focused on SAP ERP customers running Oracle database. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Ithaca College.

Roger Elwell - Vice President, Strategic Partners and Alliances

As Vice President of Strategic Partners and Alliances, Roger leads the SNP North America partner channel that delivers SNP’s BLUEFIELD™ approach for SAP S/4HANA to enterprise customers. Roger formerly led the North America sales organization that launched SNP’s software transformation solutions to Fortune 100 enterprises that accelerated their large M&A and SAP systems migration projects. Prior to SNP, he co-founded and was COO of GL Associates, a systems integrator delivering Oracle/JD Edwards ERP and software development solutions servicing the Fortune 500, and Cetova financial reporting software until their acquisitions by SNP in 2013. Roger holds a BBA Accounting and Finance from Pace University.

Kenneth Chang - Vice President, Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing, Kenneth is responsible for marketing that encompasses branding, communications, go-to-market strategies and operations in North America. With successful track records in building high-performing end-to-end strategies that generated marketshare and revenue growth, Kenneth has created innovative programs for large software enterprise and startup companies that focused on big data, cloud-computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and data-management. Prior to SNP, Kenneth has held various leadership positions at Hitachi, Genesys/Alcatel, Toshiba, Infoblox, BEA Systems, NEC and Ingram Micro. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California.

Fabian Pfau - Vice President, Delivery

As VP of Delivery in North America, Fabian is responsible to ensure successful implementations and services of SNPs transformation projects such as SAP Data Migrations for M&A, Divestitures, Cloud Migrations as well as SAP S/4HANA. Before joining the SNP North America organization, he has held various positions within SNP Germany over the last decade within Development, Presales, Business Development and Delivery.

Stephen Shaffer - Vice President, Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources in North America, Steve focuses on developing a best-in-class culture that attracts, retains, develops, and inspires world class talent to achieve SNP’s mission. He oversees all aspects of Human Resources and partners across all corporate and field organizations. With global experience, he drives synergy and alignment with worldwide locations. Prior to SNP, Steve founded his consulting business, and held HR leadership positions at Santander Consumer USA, Solera Holdings, Inc., Microsoft Corporation, Extended Systems, Inc., Compaq Computer, and Apple. Steve earned his B.S.B.A. from Bowling Green State University, and his Master’s in Labor and Human Resources from the Ohio State University.
