As President and Managing Director of SNP North America, Tom is responsible for the delivery of World-class SAP S/4HANA, Merger, Acquisition, and Divestitures, and Cloud migrations for SAP customers with SNP’s BLUEFIELD® approach, powered by CrystalBridge® software platform; and leading a worldclass team of sales, marketing and delivery professionals. As a global SAP services provider executive and trusted advisor to Fortune 500 CXOs, Tom has been responsible for some of the world’s largest-scale SAP implementations and industry solutions working with partners. Tom brings extensive experience from PwC, Avanade, and IBM where he led the SAP Global Consulting Services across industry sectors to become one of the largest SAP practices in the World. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Illinois University and SMU.
Tim White - Managing Director - VP Professional Services
As VP of Delivery in North America, Tim is a SAP certified leader and strategist with 20+ years of experience delivering client-facing programs and processes that improve operations for public and private organizations. Proven ability to build strong, dedicated teams, control multimillion-dollar budgets and serve as the driving force behind major business and technology transformations. Proficient in planning and executing all stages of the project life cycle including multi-phased, multi-language implementations for global retail, petrochemical, finance, FMCG, pharmaceutical, automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing companies. Rich experience designing, directing, and optimizing SAP ERP initiatives to enhance technical and business capabilities and increase the productivity and competitiveness of national and international organizations.
Roger Elwell - Vice President, Strategic Partners and Alliances
As Vice President of Strategic Partners and Alliances, Roger leads the SNP North America partner channel that delivers SNP’s BLUEFIELD™ approach for SAP S/4HANA to enterprise customers. Roger formerly led the North America sales organization that launched SNP’s software transformation solutions to Fortune 100 enterprises that accelerated their large M&A and SAP systems migration projects. Prior to SNP, he co-founded and was COO of GL Associates, a systems integrator delivering Oracle/JD Edwards ERP and software development solutions servicing the Fortune 500, and Cetova financial reporting software until their acquisitions by SNP in 2013. Roger holds a BBA Accounting and Finance from Pace University.
Darren Shaw - Vice President, Marketing and Cloud Business
As Vice President of Marketing, Darren is responsible for all facets of the marketing function including branding, inside sales, digital media, and return on marketing investment. He spearheaded the development of SNP’s global message: Right Data. Right Place. Right Time. As the Vice President of SNP’s Cloud Business, Darren is responsible refining and promoting SNP’s cloud solutions and partnerships with global hyperscalers. He holds multiple degrees and professional certifications from institutions such as Bucknell, Harvard Business School, UCAL Berkeley, MIT Sloan, and the University of Southampton, UK. Darren frequently represents SNP at high-profile regional and industry events, evangelizing the technical, operational, and human sides of digital transformation.
Neil MacLean - Vice President, of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Neil is responsible for driving revenue growth and supporting Fortune 1000 companies with their most complex SAP transformations. He started his career in finance tech with Bloomberg LP and graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a BA in International Studies, Economics, Entrepreneurship & Management.
Fabian Pfau - Vice President of Delivery and Pre-Sales
As VP of Pre-Sales in North America, Fabian is responsible to ensure successful implementations and services of SNPs transformation projects such as SAP Data Migrations for M&A, Divestitures, Cloud Migrations as well as SAP S/4HANA. Before joining the SNP North America organization, he has held various positions within SNP Germany over the last decade within Development, Presales, Business Development and Delivery.
Stephen Shaffer - Vice President, Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources in North America, Steve focuses on developing a best-in-class culture that attracts, retains, develops, and inspires world class talent to achieve SNP’s mission. He oversees all aspects of Human Resources and partners across all corporate and field organizations. With global experience, he drives synergy and alignment with worldwide locations. Prior to SNP, Steve founded his consulting business, and held HR leadership positions at Santander Consumer USA, Solera Holdings, Inc., Microsoft Corporation, Extended Systems, Inc., Compaq Computer, and Apple. Steve earned his B.S.B.A. from Bowling Green State University, and his Master’s in Labor and Human Resources from the Ohio State University.
