Migrolino’s successful migration from two SAP ECC systems to two SAP S/4HANA systems

Migrolino successfully migrated two SAP ECC systems to two SAP S/4HANA systems. The project delivered a controlled transformation of their retail landscape, maintaining existing data structures and business logic while making selective process improvements.

SNP supported the project by creating the empty S/4HANA target systems with CrystalBridge Shell Creation, while the technical upgrade to S/4HANA was executed by Migrolino. All active company codes and organizational units were fully migrated, financial and logistics data were transferred, and the Business Partner concept was implemented.

The Big Bang go-live enabled the parallel launch of both systems, with additional optimizations in pricing processes and replenishment planning.
