How I started at SNP  

I started my journey at SNP in 2019 as a fleet manager. This was not only my first job in Germany after studying business administration in my home country, but also the start of a new chapter in my life. I was warmly welcomed into the team straight away. Colleagues quickly became friends that I can still count on today. In a very short time, I not only learned a lot, but also had the chance to assume responsibility. SNP believed in me and my abilities. 


My “be more” journey

After some time, I switched to office management – a step full of new experiences. I collaborated with different departments, which allowed me to learn a lot about the business processes. In the summer of 2023, I once again felt the urge for a new challenge, the desire to develop myself further. With this in mind, I applied for the SNP trainee program focusing on Application Lifecycle Management and was able to prove my motivation to take the next step at SNP. After four months of theory, one of which in Berlin, I started directly with on-the-job training at a customer site in Heidelberg. This allowed me to apply the newly acquired knowledge directly. Learning something new every day and achieving small successes motivates me to continue to excel. I believe my “be more” journey has only just begun.
