Open dialogue: Listening to our people
Listen! is our global employee survey and a key part of how we foster open dialogue across SNP. Conducted for the third time in 2025, it gives employees the opportunity to share their perspectives on core topics such as collaboration, leadership, and everyday work life. The insights gathered help us recognize strengths, identify opportunities, and track our progress over time.
Taking responsibility
We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continuously improving the way we use resources across our organization. Sustainability is an ongoing journey, guided by transparency, measurable action, and long-term responsibility. By sharing our progress and priorities, we aim to show how environmental considerations are integrated into our operations and how we contribute to a more sustainable future.
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations provide a global framework for shaping a sustainable future. They address critical challenges such as education, equality, climate action, and economic growth. As a global technology company, we see it as our responsibility to contribute to these goals.
As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we have identified the areas where our impact is strongest and are focusing our communication on the SDGs that are most relevant to our core business and stakeholders. At the same time, we acknowledge that our activities also support other SDGs, which remain part of our holistic sustainability approach.
SDG 4 – Quality Education
Our contribution: Education is the foundation of innovation and progress. At SNP, we promote digital learning and lifelong education through practical training programs, internal learning platforms, and targeted talent development. For example, our partnership with Heidelberg University strengthens equal opportunities and extends access to education beyond our corporate boundaries.
SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth
Our contribution: Fair working conditions are essential to SNP. Through global HR standards, a clear Code of Conduct, and safe work environments, we create a responsible and inclusive workplace.
SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure
Our contribution: Innovation is at the heart of SNP’s business. We develop technologies that simplify and accelerate complex IT transformations, strengthening the digital infrastructure of our customers and fostering technological progress in an increasingly connected world.
SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities
Our contribution: At SNP, we believe in empowering people and fostering inclusion – regardless of age, gender, disability, ethnicity, national origin, religion, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, or personal characteristics and preferences. This principle is embedded in our Code of Conduct and reflects our corporate identity. As a globally operating company, we value diversity as a key driver of innovation and success.

We reduce emissions through internal travel guidelines, comprehensive environmental policies, and sustainable mobility concepts. We also invest in external environmental initiatives to create impact beyond our own operations.

Energy consumption and carbon footprint
As part of its sustainability reporting, SNP calculated and disclosed its energy consumption, energy mix, and carbon footprint in accordance with the ESRS for the first time for the 2024 fiscal year.
