SNP SE and Spanish Common MS Enter into Strategic Partnership

Madrid / Heidelberg, April 14, 2020 – SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE (ISIN DE0007203705), a world-leading provider of transformation software and services headquartered in Heidelberg, and the Spanish IT company Common Management Solutions SL (Common MS), headquartered in Madrid, have signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The contract has an initial term of three years. The agreement expands SNP’s partner network; Common MS will use SNP software in the future to increase the performance of its products and services in projects. Both partners have agreed not to disclose the contract volume.
