• SNP charity Christmas auction in Heidelberg raises donations for three local welfare institutions; further campaigns in other regions

• SNP’s global Christmas donation goes to UN Women this year

The bids made by employees added up to almost EUR 10,000, and the company increased the total donation to EUR 15,000. This sum will go to a total of three initiatives: to the Waldpiraten-Camp of the German Childhood Cancer Foundation, which supports sick children, young people and their families; to the non-profit organization KinderHelden, which provides children growing up in difficult conditions with one-to-one mentoring; and to the Heidelberg animal shelter, which cares for up to 1,000 animals a year.

But SNP’s social commitment extends far beyond Heidelberg: A similar charity auction held in Slovakia raised EUR 7,000, while in Chile, the local SNP team wrapped 89 Christmas presents for a children’s home. And those are just a few examples of the charitable campaigns organized by SNP’s international teams.

As part of the global Christmas donation campaign, SNP is also donating EUR 20,000 to UN Women. The company management will also top up this amount privately. UN Women is the United Nations entity dedicated to gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls worldwide.
