In the past, Jenoptik had already made use of SNP’s software and consulting for various migration projects from SAP ERP to SAP ERP and is now placing its trust in the transformation specialist for the move to SAP S/4HANA.

Dr. Christian Königsdörffer, Program Manager for Global Business Excellence at Jenoptik:

SNP’s product and consulting services have supported us successfully through SAP projects before. For the currently running complex SAP S/4HANA project, we were impressed by the selective data migration approach. The BLUEFIELD approach is the optimal way for us to safely carry out the S/4 conversion to a so-called S/4 plateau system within the planned time because we want to utilize the new S/4 system quickly. The BLUEFIELD approach already enables us to implement organizational changes and selected innovations in this first step. Afterwards, there will be a major innovation phase to take full advantage of S/4HANA’s capabilities.”

Klaus Hammerbacher, Senior Account Manager at SNP, adds:

Jenoptik is a long-standing customer, and we’re delighted with the trust they’ve placed in us. The fact that Jenoptik opted for CrystalBridge and our selective data migration approach to ensure the project’s success validates our work and makes us a bit proud. We know the exact needs and requirements of the customer. Our highly automated solutions are precisely geared towards such projects and operate there in a high-performance and secure manner. Jenoptik will be able to implement the move to SAP S/4HANA with us as planned.”
