SNP Welcomes New Board of Directors with Prof. Dr. Claus E. Heinrich as Chairman

A new Board of Directors was appointed today at the virtual Annual General Meeting of SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE. All five candidates were elected to their new positions by very large majorities, and Prof. Dr. Claus E. Heinrich will take over as the new Chairman.

A new Board of Directors was appointed today at the virtual Annual General Meeting of SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE. All five candidates were elected to their new positions by very large majorities, and Prof. Dr. Claus E. Heinrich will take over as the new Chairman.

The Heidelberg-based entrepreneur and long-serving member of the SAP Executive Board declares on behalf of the new Board of Directors: “We would like to thank all shareholders for the trust they have expressed in us with their votes. SNP has developed rapidly in recent years, and its software is on its way to becoming the standard for complex digital transformation processes. Together, we now want to successfully lead the company into the next growth phase.”

New Board of Directors Establishes Audit Committee

At its first meeting, the Board of Directors also established an Audit Committee. One of the focal points of its activities is to monitor and audit the company’s financial reporting. In addition, its other responsibilities include ensuring the effectiveness of the internal control system, the risk management system and the audit of the financial statements. The Audit Committee consists of Prof. Dr. Christoph Hütten, Sebastian Reppegather and Richard Roy; Prof. Dr. Christoph Hütten will chair the committee as an independent member.

Würth IT GmbH Modernizes SAP Systems with SNP Software

Heidelberg, May 25, 2023 – Heidelberg-based software and consulting company SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE, a leading provider of software for digital transformations, automated data migrations and data management in the SAP environment, is supporting Würth IT GmbH on its journey to SAP S/4HANA. The global IT service provider of the Würth Group plans to consolidate its current ECC systems as a first step, then harmonize them and finally move the cleaned-up systems to SAP S/4HANA. The company has tasked SNP with implementing the comprehensive modernization program, which is initially scheduled to run for four years. The program will involve the transformation platform SNP CrystalBridge®, the selective data migration approach SNP BLUEFIELD™ as well as SNP’s test data management solution (TDO) and SNP Outboard Housekeeping.

Haus Cramer Group sets the course for the future with SNP and Scheer

Heidelberg, April 25, 2023 – Heidelberg-based software and consulting company SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE, a leading provider of software for digital transformations, automated data migrations and data management in the SAP environment, once again cooperates with Saarbrücken-based Scheer GmbH, a consulting firm specializing in business process management and SAP consulting. They support the family business Warsteiner Brauerei Haus Cramer KG during its move to SAP S/4HANA. The large brewery, founded in 1753 and headquartered in North Rhine-Westphalia, is consistently addressing new challenges and is currently preparing the technical and process-related modernization of their ECC system. For cleaning up the legacy data and ensuring data quality as a future foundation, Haus Cramer Group (brands such as: Warsteiner, König Ludwig, Herforder and many others) relies on the software platform SNP CrystalBridge. Scheer ensures a clean process basis. The project is designed to take two years and started at the end of February this year.
