Social

At SNP, we believe that businesses have a responsibility to contribute positively to the communities in which they operate. From advocating for children and families to promoting inclusion and equal opportunities, our social sponsorships reflect our commitment to strengthening communities and supporting those who need it.

Sports

SNP is a major player in sports sponsorship in the Rhine-Neckar region. We see sports sponsorship as part of our social commitment with the aim of promoting team spirit, fairness, and sporting excellence – values that also fit in with our corporate culture. SNP uses sports sponsorship not only for brand presence, but also as a platform for innovation, digitalization, and social engagement. We therefore see ourselves as a modern partner in sports – both on the playing field and in the digital arena.

SNP dome

We've been a proud sponsor and namesake of the SNP dome in Heidelberg since 2020. It offers young athletes a modern training and playing facility. The SNP dome can accommodate around 5,000 spectators, and it has become an important location in the Heidelberg area for both sports and cultural events. We are pleased to be able to help make this experience possible and hope that our commitment will encourage children and young people to take part in more sports.

In addition to school and club sports (around 260 days a year), the SNP dome is also the venue for the MLP Academics Heidelberg (basketball).

SNP & the swift

The swift is not only part of our logo, but also represents the local origins of our company. That’s why we are proud to support NABU Heidelberg (Naturschutzbund, Nature Conservation Association) and Mauerseglerhilfe APUS Association (Swift Aid) which are both local organizations supporting swifts in the Heidelberg region. Their goal is to restore, preserve and create new nesting sites for swifts. In addition, they provide professional care for injured and vulnerable birds and release them back into the wild after successful rehabilitation.
