At SNP, we have decided to make mobile work possible for all employees in Germany, even after the coronavirus pandemic. We have set out the general framework for this in a mobile work policy. In combination with trust-based working time, our concept offers employees and managers a high level of freedom in shaping their daily work routine. They work together to strike a balance between how much mobile work is possible and where each colleague wants to work, based on the role and situation in question.
