To manage contact requests, we use the services of HubSpot Inc., 25 First Street, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA. HubSpot will act as a processor, therefore, the data will be processed exclusively in accordance with our instructions and not for HubSpot's own purposes. To ensure an appropriate level of data protection, we have concluded standard contractual clauses with HubSpot.

If you would like to receive our investor relations newsletter or a printed copy of our annual report, you must provide your name, e-mail address and postal address (mandatory information). Any additional data you provide might help us to process your registration, but it is not mandatory (voluntary information). Events, Online Sessions and Training Courses

Online Job Applications

On our website, we offer you the option to apply for jobs online. To this end, we use the services of Prescreen International GmbH, Mariahilfer Str. 17, 1060 Vienna, Austria, which acts on our behalf as a processor of the data in the context of providing the platform and managing applicants. For the technical provision of these services, cookies are also set (Art. 6(I)(1)(f) GDPR). You can find information about the cookies in our cookie banner under the category “Necessary.”

The data marked with an asterisk is required for job applications. Furthermore, we process additional data that you provide us with during the job application process, such as CVs, certificates, proof of further education and training, etc. In order to conclude an employment contract, we usually require you to specify your name, your contact details, your qualifications and possibly additional data.

We process your data in order to be able to enter into an employment relationship with you or to consider your job application for future positions in the event of rejection. The legal basis for the data processing might be the initiation of a contract in relation to the specific job for which you have applied (Art. 6(I)(1)(b) GDPR and Section 26 BDSG – Federal Data Protection Act) or the processing of your data with your consent in order to consider your job application for future job offers or jobs at other companies in the group according to Art. 6(I)(1)(a) GDPR (inclusion in the talent pool). We process your job application data confidentially and exclusively for the purpose of deciding on whether to establish an employment relationship. We will not transfer data to third parties.

If you have not given your consent to be included in the talent pool, we will delete your job application documents six months after a rejection. If you have given your consent to be included in the talent pool, we will store your data for a period of one year.

Fan Pages

In order to provide customers, partners or other interested parties with up-to-date information and to get in contact with you, we operate so-called “fan pages” in addition to our own website on the following social networks: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, XING, Instagram and YouTube.
