After Record Year 2023 SNP Starts with the Best First Quarter Ever

Heidelberg, Germany, April 25, 2024 – SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE, a leading global provider of software for digital transformation, automated data migration and data management in the SAP environment, today published its interim statement for the first quarter of 2024. The company has made a successful start to the year with record results in all key performance indicators. SNP achieved revenue growth of 15% to €54.0 million and a significant 63% increase in earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) to €4.0 million. The EBIT margin increased accordingly by 2.2 percentage points to 7.4%. Order entry reached €60.5 million.

SNP acquires Trigon Consulting and strengthens premium services for customers and partners

Heidelberg, Germany, April 18, 2024 – SNP SE is expanding its premium services for customers and partners. The leading provider of software for digital transformations, automated data migrations and data management in the SAP environment has signed an agreement to acquire 51% of Trigon Consulting GmbH & Co. KG. With the acquisition of the Trigon Group, based in Pullach near Munich, SNP is strengthening its premium engagement and cooperation model. The internationally operating Trigon team will support SNP in enabling customers and partners to use the CrystalBridge software suite even faster, implementing complex transformation projects to modernize and digitalize IT and business processes both efficiently and with minimal risk. The profitable company generated revenues in the upper single-digit million range in 2023. The initial consolidation will take place on May 1, 2024.

SNP Expects Further Increase in Revenue and Earnings in 2024 after Record Year with Strong Software Growth

Heidelberg, March 27, 2024 – SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE, leading global provider of software for digital transformations, automated data migrations and data management in the SAP environment, can look back on a successful 2023 fiscal year and has posted significant growth rates for all key financial indicators: The order entry volume is 37% higher year-over-year and amounts to € 266.1 million (2022: € 193.6 million). Revenue increased by 17% to € 203.4 million (2022: € 173.4 million). Both SNP’s service segment and, to an above average extent, its high-margin software business have contributed to this growth. EBIT rose by 64% to € 11.1 million (2022: € 6.8 million). The EBIT margin increased by 1.6 percentage points to 5.5%. The currency-adjusted EBIT improvement would be around € 11 million higher than in the previous year. SNP’s successful business development is a result of operational and strategic measures which will also drive profitable growth in 2024 and beyond.

SNP appoints Phillip Miltiades as President of the Asia-Pacific region continuing its global growth strategy

Heidelberg, Germany I Singapore, February 27, 2024 – The Heidelberg-based software and consulting company SNP SE is continuing its strategic transformation. The leading provider of software for digital transformation, automated data migration and data management in the SAP environment has appointed Phillip Miltiades as the new President and Managing Director of the Asia-Pacific region. Effective immediately, the former SAP manager complements and strengthens the SNP executive leadership team, bringing decades of delivery experience and industry knowledge as well as extensive go-to-market expertise encompassing sales, partner management and operations. Phillip takes over from Alexander Arnold, who has held the position as Managing Director of the region on an interim basis since September 2023 and is returning to his global role as Chief Revenue Officer full-time.
