The Challenge

The task was to migrate the IT systems of ABB's "High Voltage Cables" division, which was acquired by NKT, to a new ERP system. The schedule was ambitious. The project had to be implemented with three consecutive go-lives over three weekends.

The Solution

With SNP RESC (Rapid Empty Shell Copy) an operative SAP target system was created. This could be synchronized with the SNP standard method for change management.
