The Challenge

In the course of the complex global group restructuring of RWE and the acquisition of the RWE subsidiary Innogy by E.ON, the following transformation projects were to be implemented, among others:

Separation of RWE and Innogy data on the SAP ERP core systems.
Plant relocations of the nuclear energy division
Deletion of RWE data from the Innogy system
Deletion of Innogy data from the RWE system (6.5 billion data records)

The Solution

With the SNP portfolio, it was possible to separate the systems so cleanly from the mixed structures, processes and data that the two companies RWE and Innogy only had their own structures and data available in a separate functioning SAP system in each case.
