The Challenge

At the end of 2020, the global GMG took over the Royal Sporting House (RSH) brand in Singapore. RSH's business data had to be separated from AFG's global SAP ERP system before a Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) expired. To accomplish this, the company needed a new SAP system on AFG's servers dedicated exclusively to RHS data.

The Solution

Within five months, SNP successfully separated the data from the corporate system and delivered a fully functional SAP system for RSH with all migrated application and historical data.
